VSSA provides all its services through a City-owned Community Center called the Noble House, also known as the Veterans Supportive Services Center of Silicon Valley. As a part of the City of San Jose facility re-use, Noble House and Modular became available to any nonprofit, charitable agency, Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3) in return for providing services in accordance with the City of San Jose Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services (PRNS) target of services.
